Chromed steel accessory to roast wild meat, meat and fish skewers, sausages, liver skewers. Not suitable for galliform birds such as chickens, turkeys, partridges, guinea fowl.
For a correct use, distribute the meat evenly along the entire length of the skewer and balance the weight between the skewers applied to the planetary spit.
The length of the central shaft is 70 or 80 cm: the length of the skewers is 50 or 60 cm.
The rounded central shaft with 8 mm diameter ends with a 5x5 mm squared milling on one side and a 7x7x7 mm triangular milling on the other side. The distance of the skewers from the central shaft goes from 4 to 11 cm
The rotary motion of the planetary spit, as its name indicates, is not only circular, but it is also powered by the special square-triangle device that causes the independent rotation of every skewer on its own axis, allowing an even cooking of the meat both over embers and with the heat of the flame.
The skewers included are 3, but it is possible to use up to 12 spits at the same time (by purchasing them separately).

bon produit , mais difficile de savoir comment mettre les brochettes avec ce triangle , je n'ai toujours pas compris même en regardant les photos sur votre site . Peut t on mettre plus de trois brochettes ? cordialement

Planetario a stella
Come da aspettativa e rapidi nella consegna. Già provato con ottimi risultati. Gli unici appunti che posso fare, sono lo spessore dei dischi laterali più largo per avere più solidità e i granelli filettati per stringere i dischi allo spiedo centrale (qualcosa di più pratico). Nel complesso comunque sono soddisfatto.
Spiedo planetario a stella
Ho messo in funzione ieri sera lo spiedo e il risultato è stato ottimo. Bisogna fare attenzione nell'inserire la carne sullo spiedo e bilanciarla bene perché altrimenti gira in modo anomalo. Unico neo, se così si può dire, che, a mio parere, le flange stellate se fossero di uno spessore di qualche decimo in più sarebbe ideale perché credo che caricando tutti gli spiedi queste possano flettere. Comunque ottimo acquisto lo consiglio.
