Accessory in food-safe chromed steel for food use, compatible with all our rotisseries, ideal to roast sausages, meat and fish skewers, spicy chicken, vegetables au gratin or wild meat. It is possible to choose among three different lengths: about 60, 70 or 80 cm. Its particular elongated structure allows an even cooking both over embers and with the heat of the flame. This tool has a special spring lock with non-slip eyelets. The high quality materials used make it resistant to high temperatures and prevent it from deforming even after countless uses.
Cleaning is very easy: just use a normal dishwashing detergent and then rinse and dry thoroughly.
