Customer reviews help us continuously improve the quality of our products and services. Below we explain how our review system works, our moderation policies, and any available rewards.
Review Moderation
All reviews are subject to moderation to ensure compliance with our editorial guidelines (appropriate language, relevant content, no personal data or advertising). Moderation may take up to 72 business hours before the review is published.
Editing Reviews
Once published, a review can be edited by the customer who submitted it. Simply log into your account, locate the review, and select the edit option. Each modification will undergo moderation again.
Review Retention
Reviews are stored on our website for a maximum of 10 years from the date of publication, unless the customer requests deletion or in specific cases related to product management.
Review Rewards
As a thank you for your time, we offer customers who publish a review a 5% discount on a future purchase. The reward applies regardless of the content of the review, as long as it follows our guidelines.
