This appliance roasts up to 6 kg of meat (if it is well balanced on the skewer axle) by activating at 2 rpm 1 6 mm thick and 70 cm long squared skewer.
The skewer is adjustable in height from 11 to 24 cm.
The rotisserie is equipped with a motor with universal joint, which allows a slight incline of the skewer, and a knob, which allows the adjustment of the height of the skewer.
