Replacement skewer for Planetary Spit and Star-Shaped Planetary Spit
The 50 cm skewer is suitable for the 70 cm long planetary spit.
The 60 cm skewer is suitable for the 80 cm long planetary spit.
Applied to the planetary spit, this tool is ideal for perfectly cooking wild meat, meat skewers, fish skewers, sausages, liver skewers; not suitable for cooking galliform birds such as chickens, turkeys, partridges, guinea fowl.
For a correct use, distribute the meat evenly along the entire length of the skewer and balance the weight between the skewers applied to the planetary spit.
The applicable skewers must be at least 3 or a multiple of 3; otherwise, the planetary system will not work correctly.
