70 or 80 cm long accessory, compatible with all our rotisseries, ideal to cook food that is difficult to roast on traditional spits, such as chickens, pieces of lamb, pheasants, woodcocks, partridges, hares, wild rabbits, wild boars, deers or roe deers. Its particular elongated structure allows an even cooking both over embers and with the heat of the flame and its special opening facilitates the application of meat. The meat placed inside of this tool is clamped by bringing the two rings with fixing screws, placed at the two ends, towards the centre. This procedure allows to “incline” the 4 rods, which will ensure a firm grip on the meat.
Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
