70 cm long accessory compatible with all our rotisseries, ideal for cooking chickens, pigeons, pheasants, woodcocks, partridges, hares, pieces of lamb, wild boar, roe deer or fallow deer.
Its elongated structure is designed to allow even cooking over both embers and reflected flame. The special opening greatly facilitates inserting and positioning the meat, ensuring ease of use and safety during cooking.
The meat is secured by bringing the two rings, equipped with tightening screws and positioned at the ends, towards the centre. This procedure allows the four rods to “bend,” ensuring a stable and secure grip on the meat during cooking.
The accessory is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, a durable, hygienic and easy-to-clean material that ensures long-lasting use even under heavy-duty conditions.
