The 3-peels set consists of all the necessary tools for pizza baking and oven cleaning.
The main peel of this set, i.e. the rectangular one, allows the pizza to be easily placed on the peel, as it provides enough space to lay the pizza on its top without having to worry about centring it if you are not very familiar with this tool.
To prevent the dough from sticking to the surface, the peel must be cold, for this reason it should not be used to turn the pizza while it is cooking.
The small round peel, on the other hand, is the tool that must be used to turn and move the pizza during baking and to take it away from the fire easily and without cluttering up.
The oven brush with brass bristles allows to clean the oven surface in order to remove all flour and ash residues.
Giemme Spoleto allows you to select the size of the plate of the rectangular peel.
It is necessary to choose according to the diameter of the pizzas to be prepared.
The 29x33 cm (11.4x13 in.) plate is ideal for baking 30 cm (11.8 in.) pizzas.
The 33x38 cm (13x14.9 in.) plate is ideal for baking 33 cm (13 in.) pizzas.
