The perforation allows a better heat transfer and distribution, resulting in evenly cooked food, crispier on the outside and softer on the inside. For this reason, this baking pan is ideal for baking biscuits, meringues, chips, pizzas and other yeast-raised products.

The edges of this oven pan are flared to allow an easier stacking in case two or more pans are stored together.

Aluminium tools require a pre-treatment before use: they must be washed, dried, slightly warmed, greased with oil or butter and then wiped clean with a cloth. Daily cleaning can be done with water and a little pot cleaner.
