Rectangular perforated pizza peel in aluminium

Drastically reduced friction: The special rounded and bevelled shape of the holes greatly reduces friction, allowing the dough to glide smoothly over the surface of the peel during loading.

Less flour on the oven’s baking surface: When loading the dough onto the peel, the holes enable the complete release of excess flour. Excess flour under the pizza, when loaded into the oven, could cause black burn marks and make the dough taste bitter. Less burnt flour in the oven also means less cleaning for the pizza chef, making the oven easier to maintain.

Attention: For logistical reasons, all shovels with a 180 cm handle will be delivered with the head separated from the handle. The necessary rivets for assembly will be provided. Upon receipt of the goods, it will be necessary to visit a hardware store to attach the head to the handle.
