Set of 4 pizza peels with removable and adjustable handle

This complete set of pizza peels with adjustable length is primarily designed for home use. Made from durable, food-safe materials, it provides everything needed for easy and versatile baking in wood-fired or electric ovens.

The set includes:

Rectangular peel in AISI 430 stainless steel, 29x33 cm, ideal for quickly and safely placing and removing pizzas.

Round peel (palino) in AISI 430 stainless steel, 22 cm diameter, perfect for turning pizzas during baking and removing them once cooked.

Brush 16x5 cm, with 5 cm long brass bristles and an adjustable head via rear screw, designed to effectively remove residues and ash from the baking surface.

Charcoal hook in galvanized steel, essential for handling and distributing embers inside the oven.

Removable and universal handle
The set comes with a stainless steel AISI 304 handle, durable and hygienic, with an ergonomic polyethylene grip. Thanks to the removable system, it can be adapted to ovens of various sizes: from small domestic ovens to professional ovens up to 130 cm deep.

Thanks to the included extensions, the handle can be configured in up to three different lengths, allowing easy access to any point of the oven and adapting to various baking needs.
