Rotisserie Ursus

Electric rotisserie made from robust iron sheet metal, designed to ensure strength, reliability and high performance over time. It can support up to 30 kg of meat, providing a constant rotation of 3 revolutions per minute for a uniform and professional cooking result.

The square spit, with a section of 10x10 mm and a length of 100 cm, ensures maximum stability even with heavy loads. The height of the spit from the ground is fixed at 25 cm, ideal for optimal distance from the heat source.

Thanks to its powerful and reliable motor, this rotisserie is perfect for cooking large cuts such as whole lambs or suckling pigs, delivering excellent results even for demanding preparations.

A distinctive feature of the Ursus model is the integrated on/off switch, allowing for practical and immediate use.
