It measures the oven internal temperature during the preparation of pizzas or other foods, for an optimum cooking. The temperature scale ranges from 0 °C to 500 °C. The length of the probe, also made of stainless steel, is 1.5 m and the bulb has standard dimensions (8 mm thick and 10 cm long).

It is made to be fixed on panels with a hole of at least 6 cm.
