Sheet thickness 1.2 mm.
It is widely used in both professional and home use, as aluminium is an excellent material for cooking and storing food. This pan is suitable for long cooking and baking: roasts, pizza, yeast-raised products and pastries.
Its foldable ring allows the pan to be inserted and removed from the oven more easily and without burning.
Aluminium tools require a pre-treatment before use: they must be washed, dried, slightly warmed, greased with oil or butter and then wiped clean with a cloth. Daily cleaning can be done with water and a little pot cleaner.

Super plat aussi bien pour le four traditionnel que pour le four à bois idéal pour cuire des courgettes, pommes de terre et tomates farcis. Je recommande sans hésitation. Questo piatto è ottimo sia per il forno tradizionale che per quello a legna, ideale per cucinare zucchine, patate e pomodori ripieni. Lo consiglio senza esitazione.
