Rotisserie C Adjustable Double

The Double Adjustable C Rotisserie is entirely manufactured in Italy, with the utmost artisanal care and using top-quality materials.

Electric rotisserie made of sturdy steel sheet. The presence of two motors allows cooking up to 6+6 kg (13.2+13.2 lbs) of meat, driving two square-section spits at a speed of 2 revolutions per minute: one with a 6 mm (0.24 in) thickness and 70 cm (27.6 in) length, and the other with a 5 mm (0.20 in) thickness and 70 cm (27.6 in) length. The height of the spits from the ground is adjustable from 11 to 24 cm (4.3 to 9.4 in).

The rotisserie is equipped with two motors with a universal joint, allowing the spit to be slightly inclined for optimal positioning inside the fireplace.

The product is supplied with:

• Rotisserie tower 36x29x13 cm (14.2x11.4x5.1 in), with steel base and cover, two motors and adjustable spits

• Square-section spit, length 70 cm (27.6 in), thickness 6x6 mm (0.24x0.24 in)

• Square-section spit, length 70 cm (27.6 in), thickness 5x5 mm (0.20x0.20 in)

• Spit support column, height 31 cm (12.2 in), with 5+5 slots

• Four meat-holding forks in AISI 304 stainless steel

This rotisserie is ideal for cooking chickens, legs of lamb, meat skewers, rabbits, thrushes, larks and other small birds.

The epoxy coating gives it an attractive appearance and makes it resistant to scratches and signs of wear.
