The perforation of the pan allows steam to escape, resulting in bakery products that are golden on the outside and baked to perfection in shorter times.
The edges of this oven pan are flared to allow an easier stacking in case two or more pans are stored together.
Aluminium tools require a pre-treatment before use: they must be washed, dried, slightly warmed, greased with oil or butter and then wiped clean with a cloth. Daily cleaning can be done with water and a little pot cleaner.

Das große Lochbackblech passt super in meinen 90 cm breiten Miele Backofen. Ich habe drei Jahre nach so einem großen Backblech gesucht. Miele bietet in der Größe leider nichts an. Das Blech ist super, wenn man viel Brötchen und Brot backt.
